Team Overview
We provide Consulting services to various member firms around the world to support the business
transformation journeys of clients across a wide range of industries.
With capabilities like Technology Enablement, Corporate Services, Customer & Operations and Cross

• Employees to be aligned to one of the service lines including Enterprise services, Technology
solutions, Cyber Security, PMO, Testing etc.
• Learn & successfully complete the requisite on job trainings for the relevant technology or service
offering.
• Co-ordinate & work closely with in-country management consulting teams across the globe.
• Be recognized as a subject matter expert on the aligned technology or service offering.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & handle both planned & unplanned
responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload & execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up & resolution.
• Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, focus on delivering quality work.
• Uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Keen to learn, train & certify themselves in pertinent technology & functional solutions.
Preferred Skills
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting & analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (writing, presentation & interpersonal, including empathy).
• Curiosity to understand business environments & build commercial awareness.
