Good day!
This comes respectfully to express my intention to apply for Master Teacher -II position vacated by
Mrs. Josie Discaya who recently retired as Master Teacher -II from Bacon West District.

I am presently a Teacher- III Grade 2 teacher in Rawis Elementary School, Bacon West District.I
finished Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education major in Industrial Arts. I also completed the
Academic Requirements for Masters Degree major in Administration and Supervision.

I have been in service as public school teacher for 22 years. I have been a winning coach in Division
MTAP and Fruit and Vegetable Carving. I have a trainer of pupils in different Sports including
volleyball and Sepak Takraw.I have been a winning coach in the division and participated in the
Regiona Level Sports Competition.I conducted Tree Planting Acitivity and Clean up drive in barangay
Rawis.I Served as facilitator and demo teacher in the District.
