Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

The interest has been my engine to put enthusiasm in the things that I do. When a
project captures my interest I am so passionate that I leave everything else in the
back ground. Obviously there must be an Interest in everything we do. It is already
essential to doggedy purse an idea, ontherwise it would be disinterested

Having security in everything you do helps you to undertake, do get involved in

something have the leadership to face a situación

Composition the challenge has been and continues to be my main motivation to

overcome the obstacles. When something represent a challenge for me I try
harder to achieve it

Being competent in what I do guarantees my reputación in all areas of my life

perhaps being complement does not guarantees me fame or money but
admiration

Recognition is a fundamental pillar as motivation because you fight to be

recognized in what you do and
 Being independent is sometimes good, and helps as a motivation, you know what
you have what you can invest and sometimes you can reach the goal in solitude

Lifestyle should be one of most fundamental motivation since you struggle to have
a Lifestyle what ever it is you struggle to achieve it above all not being how you do
not want to be

Relationships allow me to make friends with people who share my same interest
and concerns. I like to exchange ideas and learn from my social circle. It is
interesting to listen to people when you pay attention to them

There should be a variety of ideas resovrces and concepts in every thing you do
as repeating the same thing would make things boring

Money is the means to cover exenses but personally not my great motivation, I
prefer to be happy with how little I have too much money and not be happy with
what I carry
