principle.

situation.
In this case of Mr. Cruz, all of his team members can do the job, so he will also be able to
comply.

The type of rights, on what the doer would want to happen as a result of the act.

Mr. Cruz can choose which of the two choices he wants to make it to happen.

Mr. Cruz is responsible for the act and the consequences with his freedom to choose from the
two choices that he wants to make it happen.

Mr. Cruz will help his fellow team members in making the current project to makes his action be
