EVENTS
Participation: Individual
Themes:
• Electric vehicles
• Industry 4.0
• Sustainable development Goals 2030
Rules:
• Participants can select one theme and should analyse it thoroughly and
present the infograph.
• The source of data collected is mandated to be specified in a document
submitted along with the infograph
• Recent data should be collected.
• Format of Submission: .png/ .jpeg in A4 size
• Any kind of plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
Team Size: 1 to 5
Rules:
Round 1:
Participants have to submit the Presentation on the Use Case chosen with the
Team Faculty Reviewed/Acknowledged.[Max. 10 Slides count].
The Presentations will be evaluated after the Submission and will be
Shortlisted [5 Teams under each category].
Round 2:
Top 25 shortlisted Teams will have to present their work/solution on the Day
of the Event.
Final results will be announced after evaluation of the content in the Final
Presentation Meeting.

Participants/teams will have a Virtual meet and present their views on the
On Spot Topic given by the Panel members.[Prior 5 minutes will be given to

Rules:
Participants have to create a report on the Marketing Content Strategic Plan
for a Commercial Product for the respective Business.
Products will be allotted for an Individual team in our Discord Server.
Participants should submit their report in the Format Extension - PDF.
Final results will be announced after evaluation of the content in the Final
Presentation Meeting.

Rules:
Maximum two participants per team.
Web pages to be replicated will be provided on the spot.
All teams will be given the same time and submission above the timeline will
lead to disqualification.
Getting help from other resources during competition will lead to
disqualification.

During the contest, no participant is allowed to browse the internet. In any
case that participant will be eliminated from the list.
Do not discuss any strategy or logic of the program during a live contest.
All Participants are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the
contest.
Any violation of the Rules & Regulations shall lead to the cancellation of the
candidature from the competition.
All decisions made by the judges are final and are not subject to appeal.

Participants will undergo two rounds. Where the 1st round will be a pre-event
round. And the 2nd round is the app development round which will happen on
the day of the event. The final judging will be based on both the rounds.

Round 1:
• Participants have to write-up on the garment and its relativity to the theme
should be attached.
• Participants should send photos of the Model (front & back wearing the
outfit) in the Extension .jpg or .jpeg with file size not exceeding 5MB. ( Max. 2
Photos only)
• Full-sized image of the participant with the costumes should be attached.
• Ramp walk video must be taken in One shot with maximum 2 minutes with
clear Audio & Video.
• Participants' content will be evaluated under the Event Evaluation/Review
Criteria.
Round 2:
• Shortlisted Participants will have a Virtual Meet with the Juries on the Day
of the Event.
• Final results will be announced after evaluation of the content in the Final
Presentation Meeting.

Rules:
· Represent the theme in a comical way and see that you deliver the depth of
the theme.
Use images, combined with text or other visual information.
· Make is as simple as possible and eye catchy, so that the viewer’s get the
point in one sight.
· Use A4 size for the comic poster, it can be either manual or digital
illustrations.
· You will be judged on creativity, typography, depth of the issue and of course
presentation.
· Only one entry per person.

Round 2 :
• The shortlisted participants from round 1 have to simulate the circuit of the
problem statement in tinkercad or matlab.
• The participants would have to explain the solution and circuit in an online
meet.
Participants would be scored on given criteria and the results would be
announced.

• Proper explanation of the circuit

Round 2:
• The shortlisted participants will be intimated their qualification to next
round on the day of the event.
• The shortlisted participants have to submit a PCB design of the solution
proposed by them with the selected components in the previous round to the
given email id before the end of the day.
• The submissions will be evaluated and the winners will be announced
during the prize giving ceremony.

• Participants will be given a component or a couple of components within the
pdf they unlocked in the first round.
• The participants would be given 1 minute to prepare a talk for 2 minutes.

Round 1: Quiz
• A quiz on Circuit Analysis with 30 questions will be conducted for 45 min
Total score and time taken to solve the problem will be the evaluation criteria

Rules:
• On time of virtual event we will provide the 2d parts sheet which should be
developed into 3d modelling and parts should be assembled
• You will be given 45 mins for modelling and 10 mins for uploading the file
into drive. (both the .SLDRW file and .SLDASM file should combined in folder
with name <your name – college name> .
• Winner will be judged based on the accuracy of parts, design tree,
constraints, and assemble mates.

THEMES:
These themes are adapted from the united nation goals on Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs), and each goal specifies a set of targets to be achieved
over the next 15 years.
• Clean Water and Sanitation
• Affordable and Clean Energy
• Sustainable Cities and Communities
The projects must satisfies the goal of united nations SDGs based on the theme.
• If the abstract does not conform to the guidelines, it will not be screened.
• An e-certificate of participation will be given to all those participants who
submit abstracts.
• Each team has to present an abstract of their ideas on any one of the given
themes. In the abstract, only the important points are to be highlighted. The
word limit for submission is 500 words.
Judging Criteria:
• Innovation - How 'innovative' is the idea? Is this idea creative and
progressive?
• Feasibility of Implementation - How feasible is the idea? How can it be
executed within 6 months/one year on a defined budget?
• Sustainability - How sustainable is the idea? Is this idea cost-effective?
Where does this have market potential and scalability?
• Impact - How does this idea raise awareness for diverse or vulnerable
populations in a range of social conditions?

• There will be two round totally, for the first rounds sets of 5 interview
questions will given in forms based on your creative answers top 10 participant
are selected for second round.
• For second round there will be virtual interview with panel of judges based
on that winner are selected.

• There will be two rounds totally, for first round 5min video (talk based on
• the topics you select) should be submitted , based on the that 10

• For the second round topics are given on the spot, there will be 30 min time
for preparation and 10 mins live talk with virtual panel of judges.
NON-TECHNICAL
EVENTS

Rules:
Participants are requested to make/ submit a short film based on any
theme.
Participants have to submit their Short Films/Series which should be under
15 Minutes.
The film should be uploaded on the drive and share the link with anyone
can view.

The Film should be Original in all basis i.e., Music, Idea and Creation.
Abusive words and violence is not appreciated.

Round 1:
Participants should send a Recorded Video Clip of their Singing.[2-3 Minutes]
Your Video content should be uploaded on the drive and share the link with
anyone can view.

Round 2:
Shortlisted Participants List will be published in the Discord server and will
be given a Popular Music Composer/Artist to each.
Participants have to record a Medley/Mash-up [2-4 Minutes] of their
respective Composition/Songs.
Your Content should be uploaded on the drive and share the link with
anyone can view.

Final results will be announced after evaluation of the videos in the Final
Presentation Meeting.
Rules:
Round 1:
The participants have to take up a online quiz in a Online Platform Kahoot.
The participants with the maximum scores will be shortlisted to the next
round.
Round 2:
Shortlisted Participants List will be published in the #triviaquiz-fandomquiz-
(Discord server).
The Shortlisted participants will have to join at a common platform MS
teams for the Final Round.
On mark basis order (descending), each team shall select a mystery folder
which would contain questions for the round from a specific fandom topic.
The highest scoring team gets an advantage to change their fandom topic.
Top three teams will be rewarded, final results will be announced after
evaluation of the content in the Final Presentation Meeting.

Platform: lichess.org
Rules:
Participants should enroll themselves in lichess.org as a common platform.
The play time given for the players is 5 minutes each, and is a standard swiss
tournament in blitz mode.
The Event is divided into two stages.
At Stage 1 , Each player will play 3 rounds against 3 random registered
players. Top 8 will be qualified for the next stage based on the scoreboard.
Stage 2 is similar to Stage 1. The top 3 players from the scoreboard will be
declared as winners.
Draw offer shall be avoided.
Use the lichess website for the tournament and avoid using the lichess
android app.

Rules:
Participants will be given a random celebrity name to talk about in the
online Platform MS Teams
Profanity and Rude Comments are Restricted.
Participants should be able to talk their way to the life jacket through the
captain
Judges decision will be final, final results will be announced after evaluation
of the content in the Final Presentation Meeting.

Participants should create memes of their own in any theme, and send to the
given mail below, It will be posted on the Instagram page, the top 10 liked
posts will be qualified to Round 2.
Originality of the Content should be provided in the picture\meme.

Round 2:
The selected top 10 memes will be notified in #memebazaar-memechallenge-
(Discord server) and given a theme, 45 minutes prior to the
commencement of the event.
They should finish and send them within the given time, to the given Mail
ID.
Based on the uniqueness of the event, Best 3 memes will be rewarded.●
Jury’s decision will be final.
Final results will be announced after evaluation of the content in the Final
Presentation Meeting.

Length of the article must not exceed 700 - 800 words.
Also use of pictures are appreciated.

submissions must follow the uniform style of citation..

server) and given a theme to work on.
They should finish their work and mail us prior to 1 hr. 15 min of the event
The artwork submitted to our competitions will be judged based on the
following elements of artistic expression:
1. Interpretation and the clarity of the theme to the viewer.
2. Creativity and originality of the depicted theme.
3. Quality of artistic composition and overall design based on the theme.
4. The work should be original. Plagiarism of any sort would lead to straight
disqualification.
Final results will be announced after evaluation of the content in the Final
Presentation Meeting.
Rules:
Round 1: Qualifiers
Participants will be given a particular slot and Room Id to join.
Participants should come up with a team of 4, and will have to play a classic
squad Room match[Erangel].
Top 10 teams will be qualified for next round (based on no. of teams).
Round 2:
Qualified teams will have to play a match[Erangel] with each other.
Top 3 teams will be rewarded based on their kill and position points.
Final results will be announced after evaluation of the content in the Final
Presentation Meeting.
