1.       Hydro test pressure 2times of working/design pressure for class II vessel. (all Drawings) 1.5 times mentioned in the drawing. Ref. IBR Regulation 601.

2. Pls add CLASS II vessel in all drawings deaign data not mentioned in the drawing. For IBR vessel it should be mentioned.

3. Remove calcualtion pressure from design data table. mentioned in the drawing. Not req.

5. Remove Note no 5, 7 & 17. mentioned in the drawing. Not req.

it’s a first submission for manufacturer to IBR so it

6. Remove rev no from BOM sr no 2, 17 & 25 mentioned 6 in the drawing. should be rev 0.

7. change thk of MH neck to 22mm sr no 3 mentioned 20mm in the drawing. 22mm thk plate available with manufacturer

8. change length of pipe sr no 17 160mm mentioned in the drawing. 160mm is insufficient.

9. change moc to SA 516 Gr. 70 for sr no 3, 4, 26, 27 & 28 SA 515 Gr. 70 mentioned in the drawing. SA 516 Gr. 70 plates available with manufacturer
