    TASK 3: WHAT'S IN?
    Let's Recall
    According to Johnson, Mims-Cocs, and Doyle Niholas, the
    development of portfolios in education normally goes
    through 6 phases namely:

    1. PROJECTION- the stage where students deine the goal or


    purpose o the portfolio.
    2. COLLETION- the students collets and retrieves as many
    evidence or outputs from the course,
    3. SELECTION- students evaluates all the artifacts gathered
    using criteria appropriate for the purpose of the portfolio.
    In this case, criteria would focus on excellent artifacts that
    are aligned with the standard of the course.
    4. REFLECTION= the students make personal and academic
    insights based on the artifacts gathered. This includes
    reflections for each artifacts and reflection for the whole
    portfolio.
    5. SELF ASSESSMENT= a student enhances the portfolio in the
    areas he/she rated low
    6. CONNECTION and PRESENTATION= students share their
    portfolio with the classmates, teachers, and even parents.
    They are also given the opportunity to provide feedback on
    the portfolio,

    REFLECTION
    In doing this Resume, I thought it would
    be so easy because I just have to fill it all
    out but, I've encountered some
    difficulties. The difficulties stating my
    skills because, I clearly do not know
    myself really well and I laso don't have
    any work experiences. But doing this is
    quite fun. I do enjoyed making this
    resume because i feel like I'm really
    applying for some job. I think this is a
    great practice for me in the near future
    on applying jobs.
