Learning Points
You add emphasis or stress to the words in a sentence that are the most important.
You can change the word you stress if another word is more important, such as a like or
dislike. Stressed words can also be adjectives like big, difficult and very.
Example
Step 1: First, move your tongue towards your bottom teeth so it sits low in the mouth.
Step 2: Close your jaw slightly and move your tongue upward until it is near the top of your
mouth, behind your teeth.
