= Florence Nightingale’s Environmental Theory 
- This initiative involves the nurse’s effort to establish and maintain optimal conditions for
the gradual restoration of a patient’s health. And that external factors associated with the
patient’s surroundings affect life or biologic and physiologic processes, and their
development. This theory is based on five concepts which it believed to be essential to
obtain a healthy home, such as clean water and air, basic sanitation, cleanliness and
light, as she believed that a healthy environment was fundamental for healing.

It is an important component of the community. Children and young people's
development and well-being are aided by the environment, which also contributes to the
creation of healthier communities.
- It satisfies all human needs by providing food, shelter, and air.
- Humans' entire survival is entirely dependent on environmental variables.
-I t contributes to the community's preservation of multiple life cycles.

*People
The most basic or essential feature or element of a community is a group of individuals.
The people makes up a community.
- They are at the foundation of significant industries like healthcare, education, and energy, to
name a few.
-They connect you to the world.
- They form a bond within community.
-They enhances everything to make work easier.

*Culture
Culture provides important social and economic benefits. The community benefit from
culture because it improves their quality of life and general well-being.
- Culture gives people identity.
-Culture unites community and gives sense of security.

*Health
Health should be part of our overall lifestyle.
- Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses.

*Quality of life
Quality of life plays a very important role in the social development most especially in the
community. When people in a community have a decent quality of life, they begin to think about
social growth, and finally, success in social development can be accomplished.
- People who have a good quality of life have a happier and more fulfilled life.
- It affects your social life positively.
- It sees to it that you are in a complete state of physical and mental well-being.

*Economic
Economics is important for the community. To thrive, a community must have both
employment opportunities and a government that can provide services.
- It can help improve living standards and make society a better place.

*Health educator
Community nurses uses their medical knowledge to promote health in the community.
They are instrumental in health education as they spend most of their time working with the
local population. Their interaction helps them identify the root causes of various health problems
and provide targeted education to those at higher risk.

*Provider of nursing care


Community health nurses utilize their nursing abilities to care for patients and refer them

injections.

-Setting up intravenous drips and monitoring ongoing care.
