INTRODUCTION
OJT is an acronym for the term On-the-Job Training. The official
definition of On-the-Job Training is the training of an employee at their place of work
while doing their job. Typically, the training is conducted by an experienced
employee or professional hired trainer. It typically involves a combination of
observing others and the hands-on experience in completing the tasks under the
supervision of a training manager, coworker, or outsourced professional trainer. The
trainee must be teamed with an experienced employee so that the latter could tell
and show him the assigned task. The purpose of OJT is to prepare an employee for
his position. The instruction and hands-on practice that the trainee must complete
will develop his skills, competencies, and knowledge he would need to carry out his
role at the company or organization. After completion, the trainee would be able to
perform most or all of the tasks for his position without supervision.

The school administration advised the students having an On-the-Job Training

(OJT) to either proceed with their training at school or create a mini-system that
would equal to 490 hours.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, some of the trainees decided to create a mini-
system as fulfillment for their home-based On-the-Job Training but, the
aforementioned trainee chose the former. He worked at ISCOF Supply Office for his
On-the-Job Training.
The trainee observed that the school supply office was one of those offices
at school which was engaged in the receipt, control, and issuance of supplies. After
months of training, it enhanced his ability and skills which made him more
responsible and independent. He believed that the knowledge and skills acquired
from his training would serve as the key for him to succeed in his future career.
