identify the factors that
reassess customer
behavior, and draw more
customers to repeat their
services and to forecast the
future behavior of a hotel
customer. We analyze the
data from 105,126 hotel
reservation online clients
and perform a sentimental
user feedback review
analysis. In comparing one-
time visitors and re-visitors
we have analyzed how re-
visitors' feedback contain
more words in each phrase
and show more
positive/negative feelings
than one-time visitors. On
the other side, feedback
from once visitors tended to
contain more analytical and
distracting words than
visitors.
