The “Triple rebound” strategy can be referred to as a basic one since it is based on the
concept of searching for the moments when quotes have unduly fallen or increased.
However, especially for VIP traders, Olymp Trade experts have enhanced it by a
comprehensive verification of each signal.

Setting

For your convenience, all VIP strategies are set automatically through the “Indicators” menu.

Open the “Indicators”, choose “VIP strategies”, and select “Triple rebound”.

To trade options, we recommend that you choose a time frame from 1 minute to 15 minutes.

Use the time frame from 15 minutes to 1 day in the Forex mode.

The basis for a strategy

The main peculiarity of this strategy is a complex use of the RSI indicator. A trader works with 3
periods of this tool at once, which raises the quality of the signals provided.

Buy signal

1. All RSI lines are below the 30 level.

2. Open a position in the option mode after the 7-RSI line breaks the 30 level up.

In the Forex mode, open a position when 3 indicators are below the 30 level.

Sell signal

1. All RSI lines are above the 70 level.

2. Open a position in the option mode after the 7-RSI line breaks the 70 level down.

In the Forex mode, open a position right after all RSI lines are above the 70 level.

Expiry time

To set the expiry time when trading options, triple the time frame.

In the Forex mode, there is no expiry time. However, you can use this rule to set the expiry time when

trading options to limit possible risks.

For example, you have opened a long position after getting a signal on 30-minute time frame. Such
a trade should be closed if the quotes don’t enter the positive zone within 90 minutes.

Extra signal for Forex traders

You can use the RSI to search for not only overbought and oversold areas, but also divergencies. It’s
another reliable way to know the market sentiment.

In the chart below, you can see the price highs increasing, while the RSI’s highs are declining. Such a
picture is a signal of a bearish trend.

And there is a reversed signal when the asset’s lows are declining, while the RSI’s lows are
increasing.

Extra tips

1. Use your demo account to test the strategy.

2. Use the LCS (losses compensation system) in the option mode.
3. Trade assets with the profitability of 80% or more.
4. Avoid using this strategy within 15 minutes before and after a release of important
economic news.
