Note :
• If you have already LL Application using the old flow and want to apply for LL using this new Aadhaar based flow, you
may cancel your old application no. and re-apply on Sarathifor this newflow
• Applicant whose Present address is same as Aadhaar address and has no requirement to upload Medical
Certificate(Age Less than 40 years or NON-transport vehicle) to get Learner’s License can avail seamless Faceless service
i.e doesn’t need to visit RTO for any document verification or approval.
• Only if applicant uploads any document like Address proof or Medical certificate (More than 40 years of age or
Transport vehicle) the applicant needs to visit RTO with required documents for document verification anytime before
the Learner’s License test.
