HOW TO POST AN AD ON CRAIGSLIST

1. Go to www.craigslist.org
2. Log in (first time users click SIGN UP) or click MY ACCOUNT to log-in.

3. Choose a state and city which will redirect you to that city’s main page and click POST TO
CLASSIFIEDS on the left side
4. Click JOB OFFERED

5. Click AGREE (We do direct sales)

6. Choose a CATEGORY (The ads you received are for BUSINESS, MARKETING, EDUCATION, SALES,
HEALTHCARE, SALON, and REAL ESTATE). This example is in the BUSINESS section.
7. Now you post your ad!
a. Keep contact info at top to CL EMAIL RELAY (This hides your email address)
b. DO NOT put in info for number or name
c. Enter the subject
d. Enter the city
e. Enter the zip code (if it is a city you do not live in, go to google and type in CITY NAME,
STAE zip code….for example….Tampa, FL zip code…to get the zip code
f. Copy and paste your ad from the ads sent into the POSTING BODY
g. Enter compensation
h. DO NOT select SHOW ON MAPS
i. Check TELECOMMUTING OK
8. Here is a completed screen:
 9. Hit CONTINUE. On the next page DO NOT upload images…just hit DONE WITH IMAGES.
10. Review and hit PUBLISH.

THAT’S IT!!!! Do this twice per day and watch a business grow! If you need help creating a CL account
