I) PGP Desktop download and installation.

1. Open the link in browser and download:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/pva031l0q00vi79/PGPDesktop10.1.1_Windows.zip?dl=0.
Extract the zip file 2 times then run the application suitable for your windows.

2. Select your preferred Language and click OK.

3. Choose: “I except….” Then click Next

4. Click Next
5. Wait for the installation process.

6. Click Yes to restart the computer and finish the installation.

II) Using PGP Desktop to create key, import, export.
1. Open PGP Desktop.

2. To create new key choose “ New PGP Key”.

3. Click “Next”.

4. Input fields as marked. Then click “Next”.

5. Input a Passphrase and Click “Next”.

6. Click “Next”
7. Click “Done” to finish the Key Generation.

8. For import Key, Choose “ Import”

9. Find the folder that contain the Key file. Then click “Open”.

10. Click “ Import” to finsh import key

11. For Export public key, Right click to the Key you want to export and choose “Export”.

12. Choose the folder you want to put the Key, then click “Save”.
III) Use PGP desktop to Zip, Unzip file.
1. To Zip files, choose the PGP Zip menu. Then click to “New PGP Zip”

2. You can “Drag” file from your PC and “Drop” file to the “PGP Zip Assistant” window.
Then click “Next”.
3. Click “Next”.

4. Choose the Key use for encrypt the file, then click “Add”
5. After added Key click “Next”

6. Choose the location for file after zipped, then click “Next” .
7. Click “Finish”.

8. To Open .PGP file, choose “Open a PGP Zip”.

Notice: Before you can open the files, you must add the public key of that person.
9. Choose the file from explorer window, then click “Open”.

10. Right click to the file and click “Extract..” to unzip the file to normal file that can read by
other programs.
11. Choose the destination for the Upzip file. Then click “OK”.
