How to activate your Pen drive/HDD/Download

Note: You can watch the videos or read instructions in the


'HowToPlayVideos' folder for help anytime.

1. Insert Pen drive in your PC. If you have downloaded


the content, then extract the zip to a folder on a drive OTHER
than the C Drive. Pen drive/ unzipped folder content
should look as shown on the right.

2. Double click on VideoPlayer.exe. If you get a blocked


message, click on 'More Info' and Run Anyway. Click
'OK' to close VideoPlayer.exe.

3. Double click on ContentBrowser.exe. If you get a blocked Note: If your antivirus blocks

4. ContentBrowser will prompt you to watch instructions E.g.: how to add to exception quickheal,
Video. Click Yes to watch instructions video. (Or you can How to add to exception avg
goto the 'HowToPlayVideos' folder in windows explorer
and watch: Video_1_HowToStartVideoSoftware)
Note that if you observe issues in
video playback like jerky
playback, sound issues etc.
5. Follow instructions to activate the software. After activation, then it is due to codec mismatch.
in ContentBrowser open folders by clicking on the + signs Uninstall any DVD playing
and Single Click on any Video File to Play. or DVD Burning software. Restart
PC. Re-install codec and try to play
video.

6. If your system does not have the proper codec's installed, you will be prompted to install codec.
Click ok button to watch video on how to install codec. (Or you can goto the 'HowToPlayVideos' folder
in windows explorer and watch: Video_3_How_To_Install_Codec)
Follow instructions to install codec.

7. In ContentBrowser single click on any video file to play. Video should play.

8. If any other errors show up, click ok to watch video to fix the error. Follow steps as shown in the video.
You can also refer to the videos/pdf's in the HowToPlay videos folder (including Troubleshooting
folder) to resolve any further error messages.
