Selection Test 1 and Why Managerial Assessment Centers

I have chosen this Selection test because

managerial assessment centers are an
evaluation to see if an employee can work in
a managerial capacity. You need to take time
to go through the necessary steps to precisely
evaluate an employee’s potential for success
in this role.

Selection Test 2 and Why Situational Testing

2
As for situational testing, Situational tests
present candidates with a range of different
situations that they might experience in the
job for which they are applying. For each
situation, several possible actions are
suggested.

Behaviour Interview Question 1

Tell me about a time when you had to manage
multiple responsibilities. How did you handle
that?

Behaviour Interview Question 2

when you made a mistake that affected a
colleague. How did you handle it and what
was the outcome?

Situational Interview Question 1

Describe a situation where you weren’t
satisfied with your job. What could have
made it better?

Situational Interview Question 2

Describe a situation where you saw a problem
and took steps to fix it.
