Achievement:
1. Define the rooms of the different compartments (Zone 1, Zone2, Zone3, Zone4) and
organization of the equipment.
2. Specify the final position of the line (See pdf file)
3. Check the position of the chimneys in order to avoid crossing with the beams.
4. Determine the level of each support leg of the oven

5. Identify the different types of joints (fiberglass braid) and try to recover them by
looking in the different outlets of the local market
-Seal 20 * 20 (Sealing of the cooking chambers)
-Seal 12 * 12 (Tightness of the air blowing pipes inside the cooking chambers)
-Joint 6 * 6 (Sealing and expansion between the flue tubes)
-Joint 98 * 98 (Sealing of the smoke tubes and the sending and return manifolds)
6. Identify the different types of bolts and collect them.
7. Repair of damaged equipment and put in good condition before putting it in position.
8- Visit to the site of the old damaged line (Janzour) in order to recover missing critical
parts and identify the final list of parts to order.

Depending on the condition of the site and the equipment, the installation of the biscuit
line oven will be carried out in two phases:
