CONFLICT IS AN INEVITABLE PHENOMENOM, DO YOU AGREE?

Conflict is a disagreement or argument between people with opposing opinions. It can also be

defined as a fight, a struggle, especially a controversy, between parties. It is a clash of

interest.

Conflict is derived from a latin word “confligere” which means to come together for a battle.

Conflict arise because there are needs, values and ideas that are seen to be different and there

is no means of reconciling the dispute emanating from the individual quest of meeting

those needs

Types of conflict includes self conflict, conflict with others, conflict with the environment

etc.

Conflict is one of the most inevitable things in life and occurs at all levels of human society.

Conflicts are inevitable because man can’t co-exist without conflicting with each other.

When two or more people interact for a long enough time, conflict happens.

The world is a diverse place and our diversities keeps expanding. As long as people feel the

need to compete for resources, as long as religious people want others to convert their

faith, then there will be conflict. Another reason for its inevitability is that we all have

different view of points and individual perspectives.
