ENGLISH ASSIGNMENT.

Women Empowerment

Women Empowerment means empowering the women to take their own decisions of life to
make their personal development as well as it also helps them to socialize with others. The
empowerment of women can only be achieved if women are aware of their rights. Most girls
grow up believing that they are inferior to boys and therefore they end up giving up on
everything in in life and then they don’t participate in society. They should always remember
that they are no less then the boys and can achieve anything if they are determined to do so.

In our patriarchal society, women are expected to shape according to the wishes of the man who
feeds them. They must not have an individual opinion or an independent identity. Empowering
women means encouraging them to be economically, culturally and socially independent. A
woman must have the right to follow what she loves and become a fully functional person.
Women's empowerment has led millions of women around the world to realize their dreams.
You are constantly moving forward in life with great determination, respect, and faith. There will
always be a section of society that regards women as inferior to men and therefore opposes
movements to their uplift. Liberals, however, have raised the question that women need
empowerment? According to them, women are already empowered, They are strong and equal to
men, and we must reform the society that weakens them.

Future Of Online Education In

Pakistan

As we know that due to COVID-19 almost every institution decided to conduct online classes as
the situation was not good and the cases were increasing rapidly. If we talk about the
Universities in Pakistan they are doing pretty good in this matter but For online education, it is
important to have institutional guidelines and frameworks for course design, minimum standards
for teaching, and access to technology and student reviews. Apps like Zoom (paid and unpaid
versions), Microsoft Teams, and Google Classrooms are the most commonly used platforms.
Few universities rely on unpaid versions of these platforms, which limit session times and the
possibilities of a controlled online learning environment. Making the switch to using technology
is challenging for many educators, especially those who have not previously relied on technology
in their classrooms.

Due to a lack of training in e-learning pedagogy and student preparedness transition to new
modes of learning, faculty members continue to face challenges such as a decrease in attendance,
low participation and attention, disruptive behaviours and sometimes no acknowledgment of
their instructions. Many students zone out during long non-interactive synchronous lectures or
get frustrated with the constant connectivity issues. Familiarity with technology is not only a
technical issue but also a teaching skills or study skills issue. Some families have financial
difficulties and concerns about how to find an internship / job in the current situation. Some fear
that they will not be able to go to college next semester and wonder if they should take a
semester off until on campus teaching resumes.
Role Of Youth In Development
Of Pakistan

Youth is the other name for energy. Every society in the world is highly recognized and
identified for its youth. If we want to have change in our society, we need to change our youth to
change and to improve the world and improve resources. But here is a problem our own culture
is getting lost somewhere in Western and Indian culture. Our young people like to copy other
people's bad habits. A large percentage of our young people do not think about what their real
activities are and what they are doing. There is no similarity in behavior, thoughts or ideas about
life between young people belonging to different aspects and areas of Pakistan. Our people must
understand: “The meaning of life must be a meaningful life. Almighty God has blessed this part
of the world with immense talent and creativity. Pakistan's youth are no less talented and capable
than any other developed country.

There is a great need for young people to focus on the situation in Pakistan. We cannot afford to
close our eyes like a frightened dove. Our country is sinking. Our economic situation is very bad.
Other countries are causing their effects in Pakistan. The special target group are young people
with whom we are not allowed to let these negative forces play with. We cannot expect the
government to correct everything by simply turning a stick. It is our duty to take care of our
beloved land. It's a "do or die". Every young Pakistani should understand and memorize it. “The
difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of
knowledge, but a lack of will.
