Subjected:restaurant proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing the restaurant entrepreneur

simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the
name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant completing
the bottom portion provided below and indicate if i have your approval to use this
proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is the split bean, the theme for my restaurant is to bring joy
to my customers, and to prove to them that coffee time anytime. The color scheme for
my restaurant is light brown, baby pink, darker brown, white, grey. The signature drink at
my restaurant is mango dragon fruit moring bowl. my restaurant is located on 6th street,
downtown pittsburgh.

Restaurant reasoning:
choose coffee restaurant because personally i love coffee, and i love cute little coffee
shops and doing school there.
