WHAT IS THE MAIN PROBLEM WITHIN A COMPANY?

One of the main problems of a company is the relationship between co-workers, many of
them do not get along, either because it is different or superior to it, or in some cases it is
because of the color of their skin.
now, how can we fix this problem?
