This study aims to find the factors affecting employee loyalty. Specifically, the study
aims to answer the following problems:

1. How may the profile of the respondents be described in terms of:

1.3 Educational Attainment
1.4 Job position
1.5 Years of service
1.6 Salary

2. How may the factors affecting employee loyalty be assessed based on


organizational behavior theory?

2.1 Leadership factors


2.2 Relationship with colleagues
2.3 Working conditions
2.4 Income
2.5 Training and promotion opportunities

3. Is there a significant relationship between the respondent’s profile and their


assessment on the factors affecting employee loyalty?
