Midas Hotel and Casino is located at 2701
Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City
1. Description of Surveyed Unit
Midas Hotel and Casino is located at 2701 Roxas
Boulevard, Pasay City. The hotel is an 11-storey
building with two (2) basement levels with a total
floor area of approximately 2,000 sqm. A hotel
parking is provided at the back of the hotel that
can accommodate eighty (8) vehicles for hotel
guests and customers, and a front parking that
can accommodate at least fifty (50) vehicles.
There are forty (40) security personnel for the
hotel and forty (40) guards for the casino.
There are two (2) gate entrances for vehicles and four
(4) main entrances going to the hotel and casino.
Midas Hotel and Casino stands where three (3) hubs
of Metro Manila converge: Pasay City, home to the
Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and the
Manila Domestic Airport, SM Mall of Asia, Cultural
Center of the Philippines (CCP) Complex, and major
embassies; the City of Manila, where the Philippines’
most treasured cultural districts are found, and
Makati City, the country’s financial capital.
Situated along Roxas Boulevard at the coast of
Manila Bay, the hotel is flocked by the Japanese
Embassy and San Juan de Dios Hospital. It faces
Manila Bay, a few meters from the intersection of
Roxas Boulevard and EDSA. Midas Hotel and
Casino is near NAIA Terminals 1, 2 and 3 (about 4
kms away). Rooms located at the south side of the
hotel look out over the airport runway.

local and foreign tourists and has a convention
