OPERATIONAL POLICY OF FARM EQUIPMENTS

1. Priorities to be served are the registered members of the association

2. First come, first serve basis, cash basis
3. If the Association member wants to hire the equipment, he/she is obliged to pay the rental
fee specified for every equipment and will be responsible for any damage or lost.
4. Payment will be collected by the Association Treasurer with a corresponding OR.
5. There shall be a separate record book for every equipment.
6. The Association shall designated permanent operators for every equipment.
7. The Association shall submit monthly reports on the utilization/use of every equipment of
the Municipal Agriculture Office.
8. The Association Treasurer or President will manage all farm Equipment

A. Hand Tractor (Php 1,700.00/Hectare)

That LOIDA D. CASILLA is the legal owner of the real property described as
follows;

“Building with an approximate floor area of 100 square meters more or less
situated at Barangay Benteng-Sapilang”

AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is hereby executed between the Real Property owner and the
Farmers Association. The real property will be used to house the farm machinery given
by the Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office I (DA-RF01) and operated by
the farmer’s association. The said real property will be used WITHOUT RENTAL FEE
until such time that the association can construct shed for its agricultural equipment’s and
machineries.
