As teachers, we don't only make them realize that education is the

Curriculum development is:

people and procedures. Development connotes
changes which is systematic.

Determines the extent to which the desired outcomes have been
achieved. It will also pinpoint where improvement can be made
and corrective measures introduced.

Curriculum development has a broad scope because it is not only
about the school, the learners and the teachers. It is also about the
development of a society in general. In today's knowledge economy,
curriculum development plays a vital role in improving the economy of
a country.

The reconstructionist classroom contains a teacher who involves


the students in discussions of moral dilemmas to understand the
implications of one's actions.
The goal of reconstructionist learning for students is that they
themselves may envision the good future and spend their
learning as a preparation for their role in the future for which they
reach.

A well-crafted curriculum serves as a reference to ensure that you're


on the right track. Teachers without the curriculum is like driving to
nowhere. As teachers, there should be concrete plans made to ensure
students' growth.
