Garment Factory - New Archid

Company overview
New ARCHID Garment Factory Limited, a sub
company of ARCHID Garment Factory LTD based in
Hong Kong, is authorized by the Ministry of Industry,
Mines and Energy to operate in Cambodia since
2008. It manufactures a wide range of garment
products such as: T-shirt, polo, blouse, sleep wear,
skirt, vest, tank top and pajamas, exclusively for
exporting to the U.S.A., EU and several countries in
Asia. The factory has a working capacity of about 17
million pieces (about 3,424 tons) per year.
The New Archid garment factory joined the Hot Spot
and TEST project to identify opportunities to lower “We are satisfied with the TEST integrated approach,

resources (water, and energy), and minimizing
wastes, particularly liquid effluents.

The Hot Spot and TEST project in Cambodia aims at increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of
Cambodian industry and SMEs. The TEST integrated approach includes tools like Resource Efficiency and
Cleaner Production, Environmental Management System, Environmental Management Accounting, and
Corporate Social Responsibility.
