Body Composition 1. It is a health related component of physical fitness that


pertains to the relative amount of muscle, fat, bone and other vital parts of
the body.

Balance 2. It is the ability of the body to maintain its composure while in


place or while moving.

Cardiorespiratory Fitness 3. It relate to the ability of the circulatory and


respiratory system to supply oxygen during sustained physical activity.

Muscular Endurance 4. A health related component of physical fitness that


relates to the muscle ability to continue to perform without fatigue.
Speed 5. A skill related components of physical fitness that relates to the
ability to perform a movement within a short period of time.

Coordination 6. A skill related components of physical fitness that relates to


the linking of the senses such as sight and hearing, together with body parts
in performing motor tasks smoothly and accurately.

Flexibility 7. A health related components of physical fitness that relates


through the normal range of motion.

Agility 8. A skill related component of physical fitness that pertains to the


ability to rapidly change position with lightness and quickness of movements

cognitive understanding, and positive attitudes about physical activity, so
that they can adopt healthy and physically active lifestyle.

 BALANCE is a key component of fitness, along with strength, endurance,
and flexibility. There are various ways to perform balance exercises.

C. What are the benefits of exercise and good characteristics of a physically


fit person?
Exercise controls weight and can help prevent excess weight gain or help
maintain weight loss, also it improves mood and boosts energy. A good
characteristic of a physically fit person they maintain a normal weight.
Healthy body. Their posture is always right.

A. Discuss the phases of exercise program? What is the importance of


exercise?
Three key phases to exercise are the warm up, training, and the cool down.
During the warm up you ready the body for what's to come. In the middle
phase, you perform the strenuous work. And in the cool down period, you
bring your body back to a resting state. And the importance of exercise
offers incredible benefits that can improve nearly every aspect of your health
from the inside out. Regular physical activity can increase the production of
hormones that make you feel happier and help you sleep better.

B. Tell something what you have learned in fundamental movement patterns.


What ive learned in Fundamental Movement Patterns are patterns that allow
the body to be coordinated in those simple, basic movement patterns of
lateral motion, weight transfer, forward motion, up and down motion, and
coordinating upper and lower body movements.
