 The principles or standards that define acceptable conduct in business.
 According to Robert Kreitner, “Business Ethics is the study of complex business
practices and behaviors that gives rise to ethical issues in organizations.”
 According to Andrew Crane, “Business Ethics is the study of business situations,
activities, and decisions where issues of right and wrong are addressed.”
Social Responsibility
 A business’ obligation to maximize its positive impact and minimize its negative
impact on society.
