JOB SUMMARY:
Providing advice and counsel to managers, supervisors, and employees on Human resource
policies and procedures and employee benefits. Strategic leader, decision-maker, and problem
solver. Communicates clearly and effectively while operating with a strong sense of urgency.
Helping to connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee
engagement, and build strategic talent resources plans.

DUTIES PERFORMED:
• Creating and implementing HR plans and activities that are in line with the company's
overall strategy.
• Addressing demands, grievances, or other difficulties to bring management and employee
relations closer together.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and oversee the organization's overall HR strategy, processes, tactics, and
procedures.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a high-performance performance appraisal system.
• Maintain the compensation structure and benefits package.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or a related
field.
Skills
• Good skills in Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
• Workplace Culture Development Skills.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Experience
• 5 years’ experience in HR Department or related filed.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.

JOB SUMMARY:
A high-performing, strategic-thinking professional with experience in employment
services and labor relations. Highly skilled at relationship building with clients and across
organizations and teams; exceptional writing, presenting, and interpersonal communication skills.
Adapt at assessing needs generating options as well implementing solutions in collaboration with
clients and stakeholders.

DUTIES PERFORMED:
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it to develop job
postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
• Perform reference checks as need.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiations employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done under employment laws and
regulations.
