Since the frequency of speeds 23 to 27 are not as frequent as other speeds, the energy gained from the
speeds after cut out speed are also not substantial therefore it is not worth it to modify it.

New E_T with reduced U_r (15 m/s) gives higher E_T than U_r (19 m/s) thus it is proven that energy
extraction becomes more effective when reducing U_r to an appriopriate number.

% increase from 60m to 120 m = 25.7%

For small wind turbines the power gain above the height from 60m to 120 m is around 25%. This
increase in power is not cost efficient because as the height increases from 60m to 120m, the cost
increases to a substantial amount.

For large wind turbines, we are forced to put it at a high elevation to prevent the blades from
obstructing with the ground and wakes that could occur due to the ground as compared to small wind
turbines
