quality, check welding defect and distortion, plan outgoing quality control system, check construction of weldment, structural alignment and dimensions.

This course identifies the competence required for checking fabrication materials & consumable, characteristics, checking construction of weldment, structural
alignment & dimensions, checking welding quality (welding defect/distortion and weld repair), Basic knowledge in Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Welding
Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Welding Qualification Test (WQT)
