EVALUATION
INGREDIENT ENRICHED BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED
DECLARATION IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SALT, SPICES
INCLUDING PAPRIKA, SODIUM BICARBONATE, SODIUM ALUMINUM
PHOSPHATE, ONION, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE, MONOSODIUM
GLUTAMATE, GARLIC, EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA AND ANNATTO.
Any values provided are expected results. If analysis is required, please contact your NWF sales representative to arrange for testing.

Salt as NaCl 5.7% +/- 1.0%

SHELF LIFE* AND 365 days from date of production, stored unopened under cool, dry storage
STORAGE conditions. Ambient temperature (60-80 degrees F) is recommended and the
RECOMMENDATIONS relative humidity should not exceed 80% for maximum shelf life.
*Newly Weds Foods shelf life guarantee is for leavening reaction, process performance and
organoleptic characteristics – flavor, aroma, color. Products containing color may fade slightly.
