 Cats Rule-Based Care System
The aims of this study to facilitate the cat keepers in the care of her beloved
pet. Where there are so many humans who have kept these animals. But the most
difficult thing for cat owners to face is the lack of knowledge and awareness about
how to take care of cats. So we need an even easier system so that we as cat owners
don't have to rely on veterinarians.

This study is discuss about each animal generally has different behavior. So
each individual must get maintenance from both external and internal sides. How do
cats behave, cat habits, cat diets, and the others. So if we know what cats don't like
and what cats like, then we'll know how to take care of them. For example, the cat is
one of the most popular animals by some people as pets. However, the difficulty faced
by cat owners is the lack of knowledge and awareness about how to care for cats. A
veterinarian can be the solution, however, to carry out consultation and treatment,
costs a lot of money. Therefore, we need a system that can help the community in
taking care of their cats.

Based on the problems that have been described, the result of this research will
be carried out to build a rule-based cat care system that is expected to provide a
solution for cat owners in choosing how to care for their cats. The system to be built is
web-based so that it can be accessed by anyone using any operating system and
without the need for installation. One of the systems used is a rule-based system or
Rule-Based System (RBS) which is an expert system that uses rules to present
knowledge. In other words, that a rule-based system is software that presents expert
expertise in the form of rules in a particular domain to solve a problem.

So my opinion about this research is that it is very important to know how to

take care of cats. So that if at any time something unwanted comes, for example when
it rains accompanied by thunder, it can make the cat feel scared. So we already know
what steps we should take without even having to visit the vet.
