Subject: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is “Rusel’s Pizzeria”. The theme for my restaurant is to make people
feel like they’re in Italy and name the pizza’s after places in Italy. For example a pizza called the
Napels special. I’ve decided the color scheme for the restaurant will be green, white, and red
because those are the colors in the Italian flag. The restaurant will be located at 4653 Clairton
Blvd.

Restaurant Reasoning:
Pizza was one the first foods I ate when I came to the US. Pizza is my favorite food and I have
always eaten it for special occasions like birthdays. I have always felt like pizza was a food you
can easily make but still make it taste good. This is why I want to make my own pizzeria so
people can experience my way of making pizza.
