      Normally one ring rail taken out simultaneously on both sides
      While removing ring rail, place hardwood block under cam segment
      Ring rail has to removed from offend side or use tool for releasing the spring load

v. Tin roll coupling should be disengaged (off end side)

vi. Check C1 , C2 setting which should be equal

vii. If C1, C2 setting is not equal

viii. Loosen the motor bet bolt slightly

ix. Move the motor towards front or back for required setting

x. Tolerance allowed is 1 mm

xi. Tightened the motor bet bolts

xii. Release the Y26 valve

xiii. Bottom variator should be brought to initial position by rotating the variator manually

xiv. Engage the tin roll coupling

xv. Run the machine normally
