Procedure
1. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:
SAP IMG Plant Maintenance and Customer Service  Work Clearance
Management  Master data  Maintain Application profile
Transaction Code SPRO
2. On the Change View “Maintain Application profile”: Overview screen,
choose New entries.

1.1.2 Define Enhancement Model for

Power Generation Plant
Use
This step is used to define WCM model for power distribution plant 3000, we will use standard
model for distribution plant.
Procedure

Management  Master data  Architecture  Assistant for Model
Selection
Transaction Code WCC2
2. On the Assistant for Model selection, make the following entries :
Planning 1000
plant.
Create Set mark
3. Choose , the system goes to a new screen.
4. On the Assistant for Model selection screen, choose Enhancement Model
5. A window pops up to ask you to confirm the creation, choose Yes to confirm it.
6. A window pops up to ask you to enter a customizing request number, enter your own request
number, and choose
7. If any warning message pops up, just confirm by choosing .
8. Choose Exit to return to SAP Easy Access.
1.1.3 Define Additional Application for Hot

Work
Use
This step is used to define hot work application, which also needs to be considered in WCM
process in addition to lockout/tagout.
Procedure

2. On the pop up window Choose Activity , choose Create/Delete
Applications by double-clicking the row.
3. On the Create/Delete Applications screen, make the following entries:
Planning 1000
plant.
Type of WCM 2

Create selected
4. Choose , if any message pops up, confirm by choosing yes.
5. Confirm customizing request by choosing
6. Choose to the Choose Activity screen.
7. Choose Exit return to SAP Easy Access
1.1.4 Define Descriptions
Use
In this IMG activity, you maintain descriptions for the WCM objects used.
Procedure

2. On the Change View “Define Descriptions”: Overview screen, enter the
description of the WCM object.

Approval (Manual Step)
Use
Before you do configuration for WCM Objects, you need to create number range for work
approval.
Procedure
Management  Master data  Number ranges  Maintain

2. On the Number Assignment for Work Approvals screen, choose
Intervals.
3. Choose Interval
4. On the popup Insert Interval screen, make the following entries:

From number 00001000000
To number 00001999999
5. Choose
6. Choose Save.
7. Confirm the popup window by choosing

This step is to generate shop papers and layout for printout
