Reflection on personal strategies to Effective Time and Task management

I get 53 points in my “Procrastination Self-Assessment Inventory”. It shows I am not

a systematic procrastinator. Procrastination is a terrible thing, it doesn’t have any advantages

if you are a procrastinator, I believe you feel terrible, you may delay submitting your work till

the deadline and it is hard for you to start work. There are many ways to prevent being a

procrastinator. In modern time, electronic products catch us much attention, I think when you

are working you can put your phone away if still can’t pay attention, find a quiet place just

yourself to work, so nothing will disturb you. I can pay attention, it is hard for me to begin. I

think I need to find a partner to study together, we can monitor each other. Once you start,

you will find it is not hard to continue. Don’t just think too much, just immerse yourself in

thinking is wasting time, you need to force yourself to do it right away. There is also a reason

you always delay because you don’t have a goal, you should make a plan, write the things

you want to do when you finish one, remove it. In this way, you will enjoy the achievements

you make. There is a research shows: it is more effective by setting an award. You can give

yourself an award after finish a task. Manage your time is also important, never put many

tasks together, otherwise, you will lose the power to write.
