Project Plan
I. Project Title: CRISPY EGG CHIPS
II. Objectives:
1. Use appropriate ingredients and utensil
2. Produce a preserved food.
3. Demostrate the procedure in making Crispy Egg Chips
2 eggs, 3/4 cup water, 6 ice cubes, salt and pepper, 1/2 cup
flour, and 1/2 cup cornstarch.

1. Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper


2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, water and ice cubes. Make sure that
the batter is thin.
3. Mix the egg and flour together.
4. Pre heat the oil in the pan
5. Deep fry the batter until it's golden brown
6. Make sure to drain the excess oil
7. And serve ( you can dip it in any sauce like ketchup)

1. WORD PROBLEM
The given problem above is asking for the total earnoing of Mr. Fernandez for 45 hrs. in a week. There are Three
step to find the answer.
GIVEN:
Regular rate per hr.- 28.50
Overtime rate- 17.5 of his rate
Regular work hour- 40 hrs.
Overtime work hour- 5 hrs.
SOLUTION:
Step 1: to find his total earning in 40 hours, multiply the number of hours by his regular rate per hour.
40 x php 28.50 = 1,140
Step 2: to find his overtime earning, we have to know his overtime rate per hour first.
1.75 x php 28.50 = 49.875
His overtime rate per hour is 49.88. Now that we know his overtime rate, let us multiply it by his overtime hours.
49.88 x 5 = 249.40 His overtime earning is 249.40
Step 3: Add
1,140 + 249.40 = 1,389.40
FINAL ANSWER:
Php 1,389.40

2. 15% of Php 1,525.00 is Php 228.75


Php 228.75 x 52 weeks = Php 1,1895.00
3. 50,000 x 12 = 600,000
Php 5,275.75 x 12 = Php 63,309
600,000 - 63,309 = Php 536,691
