carrying out this project. This project of mine bears the imprint of many people who have an

having summer training as a part of the BBA degree. The accomplishment of this project

of the department facilitated the job to the great extent. If this goes unnoticed and
unacknowledged it would be selfishness. Many people have influenced the shape and content of

available for help whenever I required, his guidance, gentle persuasion and active support has
made it possible to complete this project. I also owe my thanks to my respondents who gave their
great contributions in getting my questionnaires fulfilled. I have immensely benefited from my

Last but not the least I would like to thank GOD, who continues to look after us despite all my

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

NEVER GIVE UP COACH (NGC) is a pioneering software platform for

implementation and administration of academic autonomy. I got 45 days of work
in this company and my daily work.

I want to find a trainer for institute with software skill from LINKEDIN. We need
trainers for NGC Institute. He used to talk to the trainer through LINKEDIN
and Invitation to teach in the institute Got trainers are confirmed and waiting for
the other reply. Some people didn’t accept the invitation after sending them and
some people didn’t reply of my massage. And after accepting invitation from some
trainers, I had to wait for a few days to talk them. And some trainers didn’t even
talk after the invitation was accepted. And till now Got 32 trainers are accept the
invitation for NGC institute.

 NEVER GIVE UP COACH (NGC) is a pioneering software platform for
implementation and administration of academic autonomy. We in NGC are trying
to offer highly adaptive, engaging and effective learning programs for students
from classes 8-12 and will be a great companion for students who are preparing
competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CAT, IAS, GRE and GMAT

NGC as a prestigious institution considers educating students to become leaders

above all. We don't just educate but enhance ethics and leadership qualities. We
incorporate personal development by uniting high-level academic knowledge with
practical education, based on corporate partnerships from outside the institution.
Every educator involved will be one among us which is what we strive to provide,
we relate, we empathize, and we educate.

About CEO Ajay Jacob is a visionary and civic leader with a passion for
excellence. As the founder and CEO of NGC, he has developed a dynamic ed-tech
organization that has engaged his company in the field of education. Originally
from Telangana, Ajay lives in Hyderabad. He earned his bachelor’s degree in

electronics and communication engineering from St. Martin's Engineering College.
He is an aspiring person who always believes in the motto. "Don't be afraid to give
up the good to go for the great."

OBJECTIVES
NGC as an organization always focusses on the growth and well-being of our
nation by building our student and teacher community. We strong value and follow
three main principles 1. NGC always strives hard and remains a place where it
employs thousands of teachers and we build jobs for them. 2. We maximize the
literacy rate by bringing in the interest amongst the student community. NGC
works harder for the rural students and make them aware of the various
competitive exams and help them grow, learn and serve. Through NGC anyone

will be able to crack the highest level of examinations. 3. NGC always works
towards its motto, encouraging students to become leaders and build nations.

VALUE
Every tutor involved is assured to be empathetic and student friendly NGC is a risk
free, trust worthy environment for students of all age groups We build healthy
relationships building respect and positivity. Developing positive judgements and
values. Progressing character, behavioral and ethical standards day by day. Using

WHAT WE PROVIDE

NGC primarily concentrates on four main verticals for our education platform.
With the boom in technology our team mainly focusses and works exclusively on
our applications and have exclusively categorized those for our education forum.

An exclusive app that comprises of NGC's four main academics which includes the
NEET Academy, JEE Academy, IAS Academy. A well-built learning platform
with experienced and expertise tutors.

Corporate Training

Through NGC, everything is made easy and effective in a less amount of time. We
provide you with multiple e-Learning, methods to make your time useful and
effective. We offer corporate training programs, which anyone can attend from

anywhere. We offer programs with high end MNCs and groups to benefit each and
every one attending the programs.

Seminars

An in and out platform for seminars from across the globe. We conduct online
seminars of various kinds covering topics from a wide range of fields. Seminars

students.

CONCLUSION:

In a nutshell, this internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I

can conclude that there have been a lot I have learnt from my work at Never
Give Up Coach Pvt Ltd. This platform gives me opportunity to enhance my
convincing skills to hire teachers, who can work on our E-learning Platforms. As
an intern many teachers who are skilled and can handle online academic works
joined NGC through me. Teaching as a profession remains one of the foremost
sought out profession and with the introduction of varied constitutional
amendments to make sure affordable and mandatory education to all, there has
been a surge within the demand for teachers

I believe that students want their teachers to be dedicated and approachable, and
they can tell when a teacher doesn't possess these qualities. If students know
you're working hard and want to support them as they learn, they are more likely
to succeed. For this reason, I have interested more for this internship.

And also, as I worked on social media like LinkedIn, it gives opportunity to

college students too created their profiles on LinkedIn and started to use this
social media platform for connecting with professionals. Although it was virtual,
it was a great opportunity to collaborate with such skilled and genuine
professionals at the firm. Throughout the internship I was able to develop my
skills and knowledge.
