3 Check that all bolts and nuts are securely bolted

4 Check that all inter panel gape are sealed

5 Check all grounding connection are secure

Check the mechanical / electrical interlock properly as per

specification to prevent any incorrect operation of switchgear

Check magnetic coupling lever to ready for service indicator

8 Check ready for service indicator whether showing green color

9 Check ON & OFF operation of circuit breaker carried out manually

10 Check whether voltage transformer housing got earthed

11 Check whether secondary wiring of voltage transformer is earthed

12 Check the pad locking facilities to be provided as per specification

Check the busbar connection tightness and screw tightness using

Ensure rack in / rack out of breaker in proper alignment and

Check for proper status indication for spring charged, discharged,

16 Tightness of all terminal connections shall be checked

The fixed and moving contacts should be clean and grease applied to

the contacts, also ensure proper contact engagement

18 Insulation shrouds shall be provided on all busbar joints.

19 Accessories like handle tools etc shall be available near panels

CT/VT connections / polarity shall be done as per KHARAMAA’s
