2 Radiator assembly & piping with valves are properly installed

3 Check for proper locking of rollers onto rails

4 Check for proper fixing of HV, LV & Neutral

5 Check pressure relief device in position

6 Check oil level for main tank piping with valves fitted

7 Check oil level for main tank and OLTC

8 Check for oil leakage at all joints, radiator, conservator etc.

9 Check all valves open except draining and sampling valves

Check for proper mounting of buchholz ready ( arrow towards

Check tank earthing as per the manufacturer recommendation /

12 Check HV neutrals effectively earthed

13 Check for proper function of oil level indicator

14 Check for proper operation of tap position switch

15 Check for proper connection of WTI CT’s

16 Marshalling box have been erected properly and earthed

Check for proper termination of control cables as per relevant

18 Check for identification ferrules in position

19 Check silicagel breathers, in position and filled with oil

20 Check silicagel, in breather, is active and in specified color
