 A Message from our President
Stanwade Metal Products, Inc., a ‘GREEN” company, was founded by my father
Stanley L. Woofter, in 1947. We began manufacturing children’s furniture, garden
trellises, and custom products from steel, a recyclable material.
In 1951, due to a shortage of home heating oil tanks caused by the post World
War II housing boom, Stanwade began building the 275 gallon basement tanks
to fulfill the local needs. From humble beginnings, Stanwade grew and began
manufacturing a full line of aboveground and underground fuel and chemical
storage tanks, and, quickly acquired a reputation for quality and service.
The Stanwade sales force now has an average of 30 plus years experience in fuel
storage, fuel dispensing, and fuel management systems and are eager to assist
you with your needs, large or small.

C.O.D. shipments are accepted. Buyers wishing to
establish an on-going business relationship may
apply for a charge account by completing a credit

product has not been used. If authorized for return, freight charges must be prepaid by buyer unless otherwise noted by seller in the
authorization to return goods. Customer ordering errors will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee. Returns for special ordered
items are subject to manufacturer approval and any charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. All returns are subject to
Stanwade’s inspection and acceptance.
WARRANTY: All items manufactured by Stanwade Metal Products, Inc. are warranted by Stanwade Metal Products, Inc. for one
year. Stanwade Metal Products, Inc. will not allow claims for labor or consequential damage resulting from improper installation or

Stanwade Metal Products, Inc. has been providing steel tanks
and petroleum equipment to valued customers since 1947. We
have 42,000 square feet of manufacturing space with the ability
to build steel tanks up to 30,000 gallons.
Our mission is to ensure that our customers get the products
they want when they want them on time, every time. We will
accomplish this by providing creative solutions for our customers’
needs with the highest quality products in the industry. Our steel
tanks are impermeable and provide compatibility and structural
strength making steel the “green” choice for underground and
aboveground tanks.

 A Message from our President
Stanwade Metal Products, Inc., a ‘GREEN” company, was founded by my father
Stanley L. Woofter, in 1947. We began manufacturing children’s furniture, garden
trellises, and custom products from steel, a recyclable material.
In 1951, due to a shortage of home heating oil tanks caused by the post World
War II housing boom, Stanwade began building the 275 gallon basement tanks
to fulfill the local needs. From humble beginnings, Stanwade grew and began
manufacturing a full line of aboveground and underground fuel and chemical
storage tanks, and, quickly acquired a reputation for quality and service.
The Stanwade sales force now has an average of 30 plus years experience in fuel
storage, fuel dispensing, and fuel management systems and are eager to assist
you with your needs, large or small.

PAYMENT TERMS: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
C.O.D. shipments are accepted. Buyers wishing to
establish an on-going business relationship may
apply for a charge account by completing a credit

shipping point. Freight charges will be added to the

RETURN OF GOODS: Prior authorization within 45 days of purchase is required before returning any item for credit providing
product has not been used. If authorized for return, freight charges must be prepaid by buyer unless otherwise noted by seller in the
authorization to return goods. Customer ordering errors will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee. Returns for special ordered
items are subject to manufacturer approval and any charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. All returns are subject to
Stanwade’s inspection and acceptance.
WARRANTY: All items manufactured by Stanwade Metal Products, Inc. are warranted by Stanwade Metal Products, Inc. for one
year. Stanwade Metal Products, Inc. will not allow claims for labor or consequential damage resulting from improper installation or
misapplication of the product. Restocking freight charges, etc. will be the responsibility of the buyer. STI Technology tanks are
warranted by the Steel Tank Institute and a third party insurer.
