    Formative Assignment Two

    Report: Strategic Review 2021/2022

    Using a specific organization such as Unilever, International Red Cross or Oxfam International,
    produce a report of no more than 1000 words (+/- 10%) on the key challenges or opportunities faced
    by the organization in a global world.

    Think carefully about:

    1. The business or organizational issues in managing externalities, this may include:

    a. Global Warming
    b. COVID19
    c. Poverty
    d. Sustainability
    e. Any other issue you feel is relevant

    2. Focus on specific key challenges/opportunities, such as:

    a. Whether the organisation can adapt to change


    b. Whether any changes in the global environment could be beneficial to the company
    c. Whether the organisation is relevant in the current age
    d. Any other challenges and opportunities you feel are relevant

    This report will form the basis of the second formative assignment which will be a group
    presentation in class based upon your individual reports to be undertaken in weeks seven to ten.
