EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE SURVEY
among your people?

So much so that if we found out in the survey that

the attitudes of your people are poor, we would give
them a seminar on “PRODUCTIVE WORK
ATTITUDE”—with the hope that the seminar can
change their attitudes.

On the other hand, if we found out in the survey that

it is not their attitudes but their work environment
that is causing their poor work productivity and low
morale, are you willing to effect a change in the work
environment, or better yet—give a PRODUCTIVE
LEADERSHIP & SUPERVISION SEMINAR to your
managers and supervisors? In our view, the leaders
play a very crucial role in the productivity and
morale of the people.

 THE SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE
In the survey, we shall ask your people to answer “in
writing” each of the following questions:

working most productively and happily at the
workplace, and what can you suggest as
SOLUTIONS to the hindrances you have
mentioned?

4. Anything more you want to say which has not

been asked in this survey?

THE SURVEY MECHANICS
• The survey is all written—no verbal interviews. The
participants are given the SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRES
for them to answer in writing.
• There is no time limit in answering the Questionnaire.
On the average, it can be answered in an hour or two.
• The participants are gathered in one room [in your
office] to answer the Questionnaire. Each one can
leave the room as he or she finishes answering the
Questionnaire.
• The participants can answer the Questionnaire in
English, Taglish, or Tagalog.
• In order for the participants to really open up their true
feelings, the secrecy of their identities is guaranteed.
They shall answer without indicating their names in the
answer sheet.
• A week or two after the survey, we shall give the
management the RESULT OF THE SURVEY.

THE SEMINAR
• After the submission of the SURVEY RESULT, we shall
conduct a “PRODUCTIVE WORK ATTITUDE
SEMINAR” to correct whatever wrong attitudes your
employees may have about their work.
• It is a one-day seminar [8 hours].
• The participants you send to the Survey are the same
participants who will attend the Seminar.
• The venue of the seminar will be in your office or any
place of your choice for as long as the cost of the venue
and the meals is yours.
• It is advisable to schedule the seminar within a month
right after the Survey.

THE INVESTMENT FEE
OPTION 1: SURVEY ONLY
For a minimum number of 4 participants, the fee is:
P1,000/head for 4 participants
P900/head for 5 to 10 participants
P800/head for 11 to 20 participants
P700/head for 21 to 30 participants

OPTION 2: SURVEY WITH SEMINAR

For a minimum number of 6 participants, the fee is:
P4,000/head for 4 participants
P3,400/head for 6 to 10 participants
P2,800/head for 11 to 20 participants
P2,500/head for 21 to 30 participants

OPTION 3: SEMINAR ONLY

For a minimum number of 4 participants, the fee is:
P3,000/head for 4 participants
P2,500/head for 5 to 10 participants
P2,000/head for 11 to 20 participants
P1,800/head for 21 to 30 participants

The fee [under Option 2 & 3] is inclusive of the handouts

and the certificate of completion.

 CURRICULUM VITAE

RODOLFO M. VITANGCOL is the Managing Consultant and

founder of the following four training firms:

1. THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE DEVELOPMENT CENTER

(This is a training firm specializing in Productive Work Attitude
Training Program. It was founded in 1989.)

2. FILIPINO SALESMASTERS CONSULTANTS

(This is a training firm specializing in Productive Salesmanship
Training Program. It was founded in 1985.)

3. FIRST MODULAR MANAGEMENT TRAINING CENTER

(This is a training firm specializing in Productive Leadership &
Supervision Training Program. It was founded in 1992.)

Mr. Vitangcol’s first job was with Bank of America where he stayed for
six years, holding various positions in the bank. After leaving the
bank, he joined John Clemens Consultants, Inc. as a Sales Training
Consultant. He later on embarked on a selling career for five years
and subsequently designed his own training programs under his own
outfit.

In a span of 30 years now as a professional trainer, Mr. Vitangcol has

trained more than 300 companies to more or less 20,000 employees
on Attitude, Salesmanship, Teambuilding, Customer Service,
Leadership and Supervision.

If repeat order is a good basis for gauging the effectiveness of the

trainor, Mr. Vitangcol has lots of them. The most recent one was with
ROHM ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES, INC., a Japanese firm in Carmona,
Cavite, where [in a span of 15 years now] he had trained more than
1,500 employees on Attitude, Team Building, and Supervision.
Another one was with SANYO SEMICONDUCTORS in San Miguel, Tarlac
—also a company-wide training.
