2. Checklists required during Design review & Construction supervision & Control.
3. Checklists for projects mobilizations & local authorities approvals.
4. Checklists for Contracts Managements, Safety etc.
5. Flow charts, Responsibilities Matrix & Templates/Forms for Project Controls.
6. Checklists for Site Installations, Site Measurements, Site Observation & Reporting Charts, Testings & Commissioning
(FAT), Project hand over documentations & templates.
7. Project Management Manuals, Construction Quality Manuals, HSE Manuals.
8. Compiling all the previous comments made on material submittals, drawing submittals, QA/QC Plans, Project
Management Plans, Project Programmes/Schedules, Logistic Plans etc.

As stated above, I have multi-skills & was right hand of my Project Director at KAFD Project in Riyadh and received
Appreciation Award & the Recommendations from my Seniors & Colleages and able to develop and administer the contracts
from the tender process through to contract closeout including variations and issue resolution for design, construction and
other project related activities.
Additionally I am maintaining a Projects library from my Projects History for my future references consisting of Standards
and Codes, FIDIC, Mounting & installation details of each Electrical & ELV items, PM Plans, PC Procedures, Checklists for
all disciplines, PM Templates & Flow Charts, Responsibilities Matrix, PCM Manual, HSE Manuals.

I am excellent and self starter in preparing, creating and review & comment & approval of Design Drawings, Materials
submittals, Methods Statements, Vendors pre-Qualification, Project Management Plans, QA/QC Procedures, HSE & Accident
Prevention Plans.

I am well aware of Saudi Government regulatory authorities procedures for getting the approvals of Electrical & ICT
Connections, Storm & Drainage Connections, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems, Air-Craft Warning Lights etc.

I am also specialized in interior designing reviews for hotel projects to identifiy the locations of all MEP Fit-out devices in
accordance with furnitures layouts and extensive experience in review of MEP Coordination and builders work drawings for
interior & exterior layouts.

Over the last 25 years, I’ve managed 12 successful projects including world biggest LEED project KAFD at Riyadh and I
really enjoy communicating with clients to set expectations and meet their needs.
