Scope

Wedding Planner is integrated software developed for Wedding Management

Functions. The main aim of the project is to help the wedding team to manage their
customers and agent. It makes all operation of the wedding team easy and accurate.
The standalone platform servers for the customers located at different parts of the
various cities. Different modules have been incorporated in this project to handle
different parts of the wedding management field.

Objectives

The Wedding Planner System is a web based application and maintains a

centralized repository of all related information. The Objective of this project is to
develop a system that helps in organizing the events and activities of a Wedding.
The purpose is to design a system which plans all operations related to wedding
activities.

Project Outcomes

There are some objectives or outcomes of each project. So, our Project has some
outcomes or objectives. These objectives are given below briefly.

 This System will provide to connect directly to Customers through internet.

 This System provides facilities to modify and delete customer’s data.
 This System provides feedback mechanism for customers.
 This System provides information about the Destination as well as Local
Weddings.

Problem in the Existing System

The present systems are inadequate in providing information and advices to the
agencies and customers about wedding plans. Often agencies are compelled to rely
on local information sources and count on their own experience regarding time and
cost. Through phone call they have to get information. There are some problems
which are exists in our system those are given below concisely.

 There will be many users visiting the website and hence we require a strong
and reliable front-end which can retain the users on our site.

 We need a strong Database where data will be stored of everyone.

 System Requirement Analysis
The Wedding Planner is a web based application. The main purpose of
“Wedding Planner” is to provide a convenient and easy way for a
customer to book various types of packages. Software and Hardware are
necessary to run this System. Requirements which are needed are given
below briefly.
Hardware Requirement
 Processor – At least 2.0 GHZ
 Ram – At least 2GB

Software Requirement:
 Operating System – Windows7 or above
 Runtime Environment - .Net Framework 4.5
 Front End – Asp.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
 Back End – ADO.Net, SQL, C#
 Editor Tools – Visual Studio 2012 or 2015
 Other Graphics Tools – Adobe Photoshop
 Web Browser – Google Chrome, Firefox, or any compatible update browser.

 ASP.Net:
This language is an open-source server-side web-application framework
designed for web development to produce dynamic web pages developed by
Microsoft to allow programmers to build dynamic website, application and
services.

 JavaScript:
This language helps to make dynamic Website. I have used JavaScript at
home page for “Slideshow and Animations”.

 HTML:
This is markup script Language for creating web page. I have used it
different section in my “Wedding Planner System” such as for making
“Header & Footer” in home page.

 CSS:
Cascading Style Sheet is a Style sheet language that mostly used to design
website. I have used this style sheet language in different section at my
project. Such as Home Page “Top Navigation Drop Down Bar” Design.

 Bootstrap:
Bootstrap is a free and open-source CSS framework directed at responsive,
mobile-first front-end web development. It contains CSS and JavaScript
based design templates for typography, forms, buttons, navigation and other
interface components.

 C#:
C sharp is a general-purpose, multi-paradigm programming language
encompassing strong typing, lexically scoped, imperative, declarative,
functional, generic, object-oriented (class-based), and component-
oriented programming disciplines.

 Facing Problem During Development
I have faced some problem during development of “Wedding Planner”
Web based Application. Some problems are given below briefly.
I Requirement Gathering Phase: It is very important step. If
the requirements are not good, the project will fail. Problem
faced while the time of collecting of information and data
which is helpful or appropriate for this project.

II During Design Phase: At that time of designing I was

confused how to draw Flowcharts.

III Development Phase: It is a critical part of the project. At

this time, mistakes in semicolon (;).

IV Testing Phase: It is necessary part of the project. This part

will help to test the whole project. Faced some bugs in the
project while programming.

spiritual and emotional union

So Our “Wedding Planner” web based application helps in booking of

Wedding packages, Wedding Ceremonies etc. This “Wedding Planner
System” can be fully customized with integration different API’s.
Finally, I can say that this Web Based Application will help wedding
planners to control and handle the wedding related activates effectively
and efficiently.
