Case 1: Disobeying an Informal Order

In my opinion, Mario did not do the right thing. For the reason of, he acted
unprofessionally, even if its not part of his work description, he shouldn't disobey the order. In
addition to this, he also shouldn't let his personal issues to affect his work. The crime his best
friend is involved and their district manager has still no proof, that Mr. Santiago is behind the
murder of his best friend.

Case 2: Returning Unspent Money

In my opinion, Jerome should give back the money to the government. Because of the
fact that, the downside is that at some point in the future. They can't really say that the
government won't know about the activities and the transaction they've been doing. They also
should inform the government why they didn't consume all the funds, and maybe the government
can help them to find more children that could join on their project. And if, the government
lessen the fund or did not give at all, they should report or find another ways to make and have
some funds for their foundation.

Case 3: Man of Word or Man of money

In my opinion, Jake should accept the offer of the principal. It's not about how he can
keep his words, its about surviving. And also, the principal also know that Jake is a brilliant and
a great teacher that may help and benefit the school because of skilled teachers. That letting go
an excellent teacher is a loss for the students and the school.
