NATURE 1. Children’s language skills may be stimulated by the parents and care
givers. (Nature, Nurture)
NURTURE 2. Children are able to acquire language rapidly because you are
genetically predisposed to do so. (Nature, Nurture)
5. When you were yet a baby, your ability to sort objects into categories, may have
been much like your parents. Perhaps your only limitation was that you could not
perform these skills with much precession and speed as your parents can. (Stage,
