-Hide the flash cards around the class, then
ask students to fill the shop with 10 toys.
-Say the shop is empty, and they need toys.
-They have to look at the number on the
flashcards and put them accordingly.

favorite things.” The audio file is available.

a train, a doll, a plane and a go-kart, I’ve
got computer games and a small bike, these
are my favorite toys.♫
Practice

-Teach “go-kart race” using a video.


Play the video, tell them to watch and say
who the winner is. (It’s a computer game of
a go-kart race) You can chant “blue, blue,
blue” to make it more exciting. Then teach
the word race and say “let’s watch another
race. Ready? Yeah!” Continue the vide. Go
through drilling and boarding for “race”.
- Ask students to open the book to page
22.
- Study the picture in the book.
- Play the audio and ask them to point.
- Play and ask them to repeat.
If time activity:
- Say the number of the toys out loud
and students shout out the name of
the toy.

Student A: No. (add hair) what’s this?
Student B: It’s a doll!
Student A: That’s correct!
Give stickers to the ones with the most
correct guesses.
